You’ll work closely with the Procurement team, suppliers and teams across the business, responding to queries and maintaining accurate procurement information in our systems (Infor LN and MS365 suite). This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, improving processes and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.In this role, you will:* Maintain accurate supplier, contract and item information* Support the administration of supplier contracts and purchasing activities* Monitor outstanding purchase orders and follow up on items that require receipting* Process invoice receipts and investigate purchase order or invoice discrepancies* Respond to procurement, supplier, contract and purchase order and invoice queries* Support the setup and maintenance of supplier records* Monitor the Procurement mailbox and ensure enquiries are directed or resolved promptly* Maintain accurate procurement documentation, records and reporting* Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain relevant information and approvals* Support the Procurement team with meetings, reporting and general administration* Help ensure Watercare’s procurement policies and processes are followed* Identify opportunities to improve procurement administration**Ngā pūkenga e rapu nei mātou | About you**You’ll be a highly organised administrator with strong attention to detail and a practical, customer-focused approach.
