Job summary

NZ Post in Rotorua is seeking a Processing Officer on a permanent part-time basis. You will sort, consolidate and dispatch parcels and freight at the Rotorua branch to support our couriers in delivering packages efficiently.

The role requires reliability for the specified shifts, an eye for detail and the ability to work as part of a safety-conscious team. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Eye for detail and accuracy in sorting parcels.
• Geographical knowledge to aid delivery routing.
• Be a committed teammate ensuring safety on site.
• Able to lift up to 25kg as required.
• Reliable transport to get to work on time.

Responsibilities

• Sort, consolidate and dispatch parcels and freight at the Rotorua branch.
• Prepare items for courier delivery.
• Maintain safety and security on site.
