Job summary

Independent Extrusions Limited (INEX) in Hamilton invites applications for a Process Worker. You will be trained across different areas of press operations in a hands-on, physical role within our aluminium extrusion operation.

This role uses rotating shifts: currently four 10-hour shifts per week, with occasional five 8-hour shifts as needed. We value a strong work ethic, safety, reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Full training provided.

• Operate press operations and assist in manufacturing tasks.

About the role

As a Process Worker, you’ll be part of the heart of our manufacturing operation. You’ll be trained across different areas of press operations, working alongside experienced operators in a hands‑on, physical role.

This role works rotating shifts:

Currently four 10‑hour shifts per week

At times five 8‑hour shifts, depending on operational needs

We’re looking for people who:

Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Care about safety and doing the job right

Are reliable, practical and keen to learn

Enjoy working as part of a team

Are comfortable with physical work, shift work.

Having experience in an aluminium extrusion operation is advantageous, however if you have no experience in manufacturing, that’s ok as we provide full training.
