Job summary

Hellers Limited in Kaiapoi (Canterbury) is looking for Process Workers to join our modern processing plant. You will help produce high-quality bacon, ham and smallgoods for customers across New Zealand, with a range of shifts and opportunities for training and development.

Ideal candidates are reliable, work well in teams, physically fit for occasional heavy lifting, able to stand in a chilled environment, and flexible to work weekends when required.

We are currently seeking energetic and motivated Process Workers to join our modern processing plant in Kaiapoi. As an established New Zealand business with a strong market presence, we offer stable employment and long-term career opportunities.

We currently have vacancies across a range of shifts, primarily operating Monday to Friday:

• 4:00am – 1:00pm
• 2:00pm – 11:00pm
• 2:30pm – 11:00pm
• 3:00pm – 12:00am

Please indicate in your application which shift(s) you are interested in and available to work.

Please note that while these roles generally operate Monday to Friday, flexibility to work weekends when required is essential.
