Leonard's is seeking a reliable Production Operator to join our Small Goods Processing team at Greenmount Drive, East Tamaki. You will play a key role in producing, processing, and packaging high-quality meat products while upholding strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Based in a Kiwi-owned environment, you will operate equipment, prepare a range of products, and collaborate with the team to maintain efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food processing, manufacturing, or a similar production environment (preferred but not essential).
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare a variety of small goods and meat products to established specifications.
• Operate processing equipment, including cutting, trimming, grinding, and other production machinery.
• Assist in the manufacture of sausages, bacon, cured meats, and other small goods products.
• Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for distribution.
• Adhere to food safety, quality assurance, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Support team productivity and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our Small Goods Processing team. This role is integral to the efficient production, processing, and packaging of our high-quality meat products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and hygiene.

Position Snapshot

• Monday to Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm
• Based on Greenmount Drive, East Tamaki

Key Responsibilities
