Job summary

Synlait Milk Limited is seeking an experienced Process Operator to join our Freshline team in New Zealand. You will operate and monitor dairy manufacturing equipment with focus, reliability and attention to detail.

The role is hands-on, independent and suited to those keen to develop with the right support. A background in food/dairy production and a proactive, team-focused attitude are ideal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in food/dairy manufacturing preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude to operate equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
• Thorough with good attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate sophisticated, automated equipment in a dairy manufacturing process.
• Manage timely flow of raw materials with full traceability.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards in manufacturing.

Job description

We are a seeking experienced Process Operators to join teamon ourFreshline. Working ina great teamenvironment, you will be focused and competent, with a proven history for reliability and eagerness to learn.

This is very much a hands-on and independent role so if you are someone that is motivated to develop, has high attention to detail and would take pride in seeing products you make being consumed around the globe.

This role will beoperatingand monitoring the equipment in DE hall area. Roster will be 6 days on, 3 days off.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating sophisticated, automated equipment in a dairy manufacturing process
• Managingtimelyflow of raw materials, while ensuring full traceability
• Maintaining exceptional manufacturing safety and quality standards

We’relooking for operators who can hit the ground running or is eager to grow with the right support.You might be a senior operator with deep knowledge of dairy/food productionor an experienced operator ready to step into a more advanced role.
