Abbott in New Zealand seeks a Technical and Process Engineering Manager based in Pokeno, Waikato, to lead a team of Process Engineers and Technologists. You will provide technical support for manufacturing operations, drive improvements, and ensure quality and food safety across product commercialization activities.

You will collaborate with Operations, R&D, Quality and Supply Chain, oversee trials and equipment upgrades, and contribute to a culture of safety and Abbott values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, food science or similar.

The role works closely with Operations, Operational Excellence, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve process and product issues and drive continuous improvement.
