Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Production Manager to lead the Production Plant in the dairy sector. You will oversee a 24-hour, multi-shift operation and be responsible for health and safety, process reliability, and delivering targets.

You will drive team development, succession planning and talent management while ensuring quality, compliance with ISO policies and ongoing staff engagement across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a dairy manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years in FMCG operations, preferably in a nutritional plant.
• Experience leading, developing and engaging teams.
• Proven understanding of dairy manufacturing processes and systems.
• Proven knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP systems.

• Be accountable for health & safety performance, practices, and culture across the line.
• Ensure process reliability and delivery of deployed targets and standards.
