Job summary

Hydrogen Group is assisting a leading offshore Bermuda law firm in recruiting a Senior Associate for its Private Wealth & Trusts team. The role focuses on sophisticated matters for high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees and fiduciaries, including structuring, estate planning, and regulatory matters on a global scale.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years PQE in private client, trusts or private wealth, with Bermuda qualification (or UK/NZ/AUS qualified lawyers with relevant experience).

Qualifications

• 6–8 years’ PQE with strong private client, trusts or private wealth experience.
• Experience in leading or top offshore/UK practices preferred.
• Bermuda qualification advantageous, UK/NZ/AUS qualified lawyers may be considered.

Private Wealth & Trusts Associate | Bermuda | 6-8 PQE

We are working with a leading offshore law firm in Bermuda that is looking to hire a Senior Associate into its highly regarded Private Wealth & Trusts team.

The role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of sophisticated matters for HNW individuals, families, trustees and fiduciaries, including:

• Trust structuring and administration
• Estate and succession planning
• Private wealth and asset protection structures
• Private trust companies and family office structures
• Trust variations and related applications
• Regulatory matters affecting trustees and fiduciaries
• Contentious trust and estate matters

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years’ PQE with strong private client, trusts or private wealth experience, ideally gained within a leading UK or offshore practice. Bermuda qualification would be advantageous, although UK, NZ or AUS qualified lawyers with relevant experience may also be considered.
