Stantec is seeking a Principal Water Treatment Process Engineer to lead technical delivery across New Zealand. You will own complex water treatment projects, provide national technical leadership, and mentor engineers while collaborating with clients and stakeholders to shape resilient infrastructure.

You will drive innovation, ensure outputs meet schedules and budgets, and contribute to business development through client relationships and proposal activity.

Qualifications

• Provide technical expertise in process engineering focusing on water treatment.
• Lead projects nationally, manage budgets, scope, and risk.
• Identify, develop and mentor technical staff.
• Contribute to client relationships and business opportunities.
• Assist with proposals and bid material for BD activities.
