Qualifications

• Provide technical expertise in Water Treatment processes.
• Provide national technical leadership on projects, developing and managing people, budgets, scope and risk.
• Identify, develop, and mentor technical staff.
• Contribute to client relationships and business opportunities.
• Contribute to proposals and bid development to support business development activities.
• Work with clients and stakeholders during development of technical solutions and presenting outcomes
• Deliver outputs on time and within allocated budgets, endorsed by the client.
• Apply standards and improve design innovation and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery on water treatment projects and ensure compliance with design standards.
• Mentor and develop technical staff and allocate project tasks.
• Support business development through client engagement and proposal input.
• Present technical solutions to clients and stakeholders and secure endorsement.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risks to deliver high-quality outcomes.
