You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, mentor staff, and manage scopes and budgets while developing client relationships for new opportunities.

The role emphasizes technical excellence, risk management, and contribution to business development, with a focus on sustainable infrastructure across New Zealand and beyond.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in process engineering focused on water treatment.
• National technical leadership on projects, managing people, tasks, budgets, scope and risk.
• Identify, develop and mentor technical staff.
• Develop client relationships and business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and bid materials as required.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop technical solutions and present outcomes.
• Deliver outputs on time, within budgets and with client endorsement.
• Apply standards, advance design innovation and manage technical/commercial risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery on water treatment projects and ensure quality.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and review project budgets and schedules.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to staff development.
