This senior individual contributor will drive complex engineering initiatives, influence technical strategy across teams, and help modernize large‑scale payment platforms while staying hands‑on.

You will lead architecture, design reviews, and mentoring, collaborating with Product, Design, Compliance and Engineering to translate business goals into scalable technical

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience delivering production‑grade software end‑to‑end.
• Strong frontend experience with Vue.js, React, or similar.
• Backend expertise in C#/.NET, Java, Kotlin, or Go.
• Deep knowledge of architecture, microservices, and event‑driven systems.
• Experience with AWS and modern deployment practices (CI/CD).
• Mentor and lead engineers through technical excellence, not people management.
• Experience with AI‑assisted development tools and payments domain is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives across the full tech stack and set engineering standards.
• Define architecture decisions and drive best practices across teams.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews and technical guidance.
• Contribute production‑grade code and own critical systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Compliance and Engineering to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Drive modernization and cloud‑native migration, including AI tool adoption.
