Job summary

Voco is seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant to lead the functional vision and delivery across large-scale Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE programmes in New Zealand. You will work with executive stakeholders, programme leaders and delivery teams to guide organisations through complex change initiatives, ensuring solutions remain aligned, scalable and outcome-focused.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 CE programmes.
• Strong consulting background with exposure to enterprise clients and complex business environments.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to think strategically whilst remaining pragmatic and outcome-focused.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and guiding difficult decisions.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly experienced Principal Consultant to lead the functional vision and delivery approach across large-scale Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement programmes.

This is a role for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of business strategy, transformation, technology and people.

You'll work with executive stakeholders, programme leaders, architects and delivery teams to guide organisations through complex change initiatives, ensuring solutions remain aligned, scalable and focused on achieving meaningful business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll provide the functional leadership that enables large programmes to succeed, including:

• Defining and owning the end-to-end functional vision across major transformation programmes
• Leading discovery workshops and strategic engagement with senior stakeholders
• Translating complex business challenges into practical, scalable solution designs
• Providing direction through ambiguity and helping clients make confident decisions
• Guiding functional teams, mentoring consultants and building capability
• Working alongside solution architects and delivery leaders to create cohesive outcomes
• Balancing business priorities, technical possibilities and organisational change considerations
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients throughout programme lifecycles
