Job summary

Fusion5 is seeking a senior Power Platform leader to drive complex enterprise engagements across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. You will shape architecture, governance, and delivery, while mentoring a growing practice and partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure measurable outcomes.

You’ll influence solution direction, drive best practices in Copilot Studio and SharePoint Online, and help Fusion5 expand its Modern Work offerings with AI-enabled transformations.

Lead enterprise Power Platform and Modern Work programmes that deliver measurable business outcomes and better ways of working. Act as a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues, taking ownership of outcomes, navigating complexity, and helping organisations get more value from their Microsoft investment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading complex Power Platform engagements across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages
• Designing solution architecture for low-code applications, covering data modelling in Dataverse, integration patterns, security roles, and environment strategy
• Establishing and maturing Power Platform governance, including a Centre of Excellence, environment and DLP policies, ALM pipelines, licensing approaches, and adoption measures
• Designing agents in Copilot Studio that sit on business processes and Microsoft 365 content, covering knowledge sources, topics, actions, and handover to people
• Shaping SharePoint Online as a content and collaboration layer for those solutions, covering information architecture, site and hub design, metadata, and permissions
• Acting as a trusted advisor, helping customers translate business goals into practical and scalable solutions
• Taking ownership of customer outcomes, balancing business needs, delivery constraints, and long-term success
• Leading pre-sales activities including opportunity shaping, estimates, solution design, demonstrations, and proposals
• Identifying delivery, commercial, and organisational risks early and working with the team to resolve them
• Supporting delivery quality from discovery through to adoption and value realisation
• Mentoring consultants and emerging leaders, helping lift capability and delivery quality across the practice
• Contributing to practice growth through thought leadership, reusable assets, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Applying emerging Microsoft and AI capabilities to improve customer outcomes and evolve Fusion5 service offerings.

About You

You're an experienced Power Platform leader who thrives in complex, client-facing environments. You combine deep low-code expertise with strong commercial judgement, taking ownership of outcomes and building trusted relationships from delivery teams through to executive sponsors.

You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing decision-making, and mentoring others. Beyond delivering successful projects, you are passionate about developing people, improving ways of working, and helping customers and colleagues achieve lasting success.

This role centres on applications, automation, and agents. It sits alongside, rather than inside, our endpoint management and tenant administration teams.

What You'll Bring

• A consulting track record deep enough that Power Platform architecture decisions come from patterns you've seen play out, not from theory
• Proven success delivering complex Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse solutions at enterprise scale
• Experience defining Power Platform governance, environment strategy, and ALM practices for large tenants
• Agents you have taken to production in Copilot Studio, and a clear position on agent design, knowledge grounding, and the guardrails that make an agent safe to release
• Enough depth in SharePoint Online to set information architecture, metadata, and permissions standards across a client estate
• Sound judgement about where Teams, Entra ID, and Power BI fit in a solution, and how a decision in one affects the others
• Strong executive stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence strategic decisions
• Experience shaping solution approaches, estimates, proposals, and commercial outcomes
• A pragmatic problem-solving approach with strong accountability and follow-through
• Proven ability to mentor consultants and develop future leaders
• Experience identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and translating ideas into practical outcomes
• Expert-level Microsoft certification, or the depth to sit it early on. We'd point you towards AB-100 (Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect), and we'll support you through it.
