You'll use evidence, research, user insights and contemporary learning approaches to help shape products and programmes that are practical, accessible and focused on improving workplace health and safety practice.
This is an opportunity to influence the way WorkSafe designs and delivers education and guidance, while working across teams and with external partners to support effective, system-focused outcomes.You'll work with the team, to ensure fit for purpose guidance development processes and tools are in place.

Salary range / Awhe utu
As part of our remuneration framework, the full salary range for this role is $130,588 -$171,709. The expected appointment base salary is $130,588 - $144,295 (KiwiSaver/SSRSS employer contributions are additional). From 1 April 2026 our KiwiSaver employer contribution increased to 3.5%.
