Job summary

Fonterra Te Mātāpuna is seeking a Head of Strategic Pricing Systems to lead our pricing technology platforms and delivery capabilities. You will own the strategic direction, adoption, and continuous improvement of our pricing systems, partnering with commercial and technology leaders to drive value and simplify complexity across markets.

• Experience leading commercial, pricing, revenue management or enterprise technology platforms.
• Track record of delivering large-scale transformation and technology change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Exceptional commercial and analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Strategic Pricing Systems team and build high performance.
• Own the roadmap and delivery of pricing platform PROS/ CONGA.
• Partner with Global Markets and technology teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Drive adoption, optimization and continuous improvement across pricing processes.
• Lead change initiatives and stakeholder engagement to maximise value.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing effectiveness and data quality.
