Job summary

Tracksuit is hiring a part-time Survey Data Processor in Auckland for 20 hours per week on a fixed-term basis. You will run the engine room behind the data powering over 40 surveys monthly, ensuring near-zero error rates and on-time outputs for the Tracksuit dashboard.

You will format assets, run pre-launch checks, monitor daily progress, and flag issues early. The role focuses on execution, not survey design, with close collaboration across Survey Operations, panel suppliers, and the Decipher

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented execution of survey processes.
• Follow documented methods precisely and flag issues early.
• Experience handling high-volume, deadline-driven survey operations.

Responsibilities

• Build & launch surveys to schedule with all checks.
• Monitor live data collection and adjust sampling as needed.
• Run incidence tests and report results clearly.
• Troubleshoot using documentation and tools within defined processes.
• Collaborate with Survey Operations, panel suppliers, and Decipher platform externally.
