Job summary

Tracksuit, a fast-growing Australasian startup, is hiring a part-time Survey Operations Assistant in Auckland. You will run and monitor 40+ surveys a month, format assets, check configurations, and keep fieldwork on schedule with minimal errors.

This hands-on role is about executing documented processes at volume, flagging issues early, and collaborating with our Survey Operations team, panel suppliers, and the Decipher platform.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot the one wrong item out of many.
• Process-oriented mindset; follow documented methods precisely.
• Track record of high-volume, deadline-driven work with low error rate.
• Strong organisation to manage a full queue without dropping tasks.
• Clear, early written communication for cross-time-zone collaboration.
• Comfort working with a distributed team across time zones.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Build & launch surveys: format brand logos and assets to spec, process customer-requested changes to brand trackers, check every change against the original request before it goes live, run full pre-launch checks (test links, routing, quotas, translations), and launch to a fixed weekly and monthly schedule with no slippage
• Monitor live data collection: track daily progress against sampling targets, adjust sampling in line with documented rules, and elevate shortfalls, bugs or supplier issues early, with the detail needed to act
• Run incidence tests: launch short feasibility surveys and report results back to Sales and Customer teams in a clear, consistent format
• Troubleshoot independently: work through issues using our documentation and tools, within a well-bounded process
• Work closely with: our Survey Operations team day to day, plus panel suppliers (CINT, Dynata) and our survey platform (Decipher) externally
