Job summary

Tracksuit Limited is seeking a part-time Survey Data Processor (20hrs per week) to run the engine room behind our data—launching and monitoring 40+ surveys a month with an error rate close to zero. This hands-on role sits at the center of our survey operations, coordinating with panel suppliers and Decipher to ensure timely, accurate data across time zones.

Strong attention to detail, process discipline, and ability to work with a distributed team are essential for success in this fixed-term

Qualifications

• High-volume, deadline-driven execution experience.
• Attention to detail to catch one wrong item out of 40.
• Process-driven approach with documented methods.

Responsibilities

• Build & launch surveys to a fixed weekly and monthly schedule with no slippage.
• Monitor daily progress against targets and elevate issues early.
• Run incidence tests and report results to Sales and Customer teams.
• Troubleshoot using documentation and tools within defined processes.
• Collaborate with Survey Operations, panel suppliers, and Decipher.
