• Set up, operate, and adjust conventional and CNC machines to perform precision machining operations.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine machining requirements.
• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
• Measure and inspect finished parts using precision instruments to verify conformance to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain production quality and efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Document production data, inspection results, and maintenance activities as required.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve processes and resolve technical problems.
