Job summary

Rakon Limited in Auckland, New Zealand, is seeking Production Operators to join our manufacturing team on AM, PM or overnight shifts. The roles operate on a 5-day roster across 7 days and involve working in a cleanroom environment, with hands-on tasks across production lines.

You will operate and monitor equipment, inspect components under microscopes, perform quality checks, and contribute to etching, plating, wire bonding and computer-based production activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production, preferably electronics.
• Ability to read and follow English work instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail and fine motor skills.
• Strong numeracy and problem-solving abilities.
• Good team communication and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Inspect components under microscopes and perform quality checks.
• Perform etching and plating processes as required.
