Job summary

FlexiTime Wellington Central is seeking a Solutions Consultant to be the technical and functional expert on Karmly Workforce for pre-sales engagements. You will analyze client environments, understand pay rules, rostering and billing, and shape a tailored Karmly Workforce solution for handover to Implementation.

You'll act as a trusted advisor on workforce management best practices, comfortable in boardrooms with senior stakeholders and with on-ground payroll and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in solutions consulting, pre-sales or similar client-facing role.
• Ability to translate complex pay rules and processes into a compelling product solution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, including executive-level discussions.
• Experience with payroll, rostering, and billing processes and APIs.
• Familiarity with ATS tools like JobAdder, Tracker or Bullhorn.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales engagements and tailored demos with the sales team.
• Analyze customer environments to map requirements to Karmly Workforce.
• Translate requirements into a well-scoped solution for the Implementation team.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders.
• Collaborate across boardroom and shop-floor contexts to understand needs.
• Escalate product gaps to Product/Engineering and provide market feedback.
• Stay current on payroll compliance and awards relevant to NZ and Australia.
