Qualifications

• 2+ years' proven, hands-on experience owning end-to-end software, SaaS or business-process implementations.
• Hands-on system configuration and data migration with accurate handling of data.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills to understand requirements and troubleshoot.
• Project-management to guide multi-step setups and manage multiple implementations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain technical steps to non-technical customers.
• Comfort teaching live — guiding customers through product use and first pay setups.
• Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
• Customer-first mindset focused on delivering value quickly.
• Collaborative; works well in small teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer implementations from kick-off to first pay go-live.
• Diagnose payroll and business-process requirements and configure Smartly accordingly.
• Migrate and reconcile employee data, including balances and entitlements, before go-live.
• Guide customers through multi-step setup and ensure confidence prior to go-live.
• Run first pay or parallel pay against existing systems.
• Test and troubleshoot; escalate issues to Product and integration teams.
• Maintain proactive customer communication and manage expectations.
• Keep multiple implementations moving with accurate progress records.
• Identify friction and contribute to repeatable configuration and migration playbooks.
• Work with Service Delivery, Training, Product, Support and Sales for a seamless experience.
• Handle sensitive data securely per privacy requirements.
