LagardèreAWPL is seeking a full-time PRC Specialist to support Queenstown Aelia, driving PRC awareness, engagement and sales through social media, group visits and travel partnerships at the airport.

Fluent Mandarin and strong English, plus PRC market understanding, are essential. Experience in retail or travel trade and creating content for Chinese platforms is preferred. This role offers a dynamic airport environment and employee benefits.

The Role:

As a full time PRC Specialist in Queenstown airport, your role will be to provide dedicated PRC support to Queenstown Aelia, driving PRC customer awareness, engagement and sales through social media, group support, customer service and travel partnership activity.

What You’ll Do:

• PRC Social Media: build awareness and consideration through RedNote (Xiaohongshu) content.
• Customer & Group Engagement: support PRC customers and facilitate PRC group visits.
• Commercial: support payment promotions and identify opportunities to drive PRC conversion and sales.
• Customer Insights: collect and share feedback on popular products, customer needs and market trends.
• Travel Partnerships: support PRC travel trade and partner activity as new opportunities are developed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent Mandarin speaking and strong English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of PRC customer needs, shopping behaviour and cultural expectations.
• Customer service mindset with the ability to engage confidently with PRC customers and tour leaders.
• Experience in retail, tourism, airport retail, travel trade or PRC-focused marketing/social media.
• Experience creating content for RedNote (Xiaohongshu) or other Chinese social media platforms.
• Existing knowledge or relationships within PRC travel trade, tour groups or payment partnerships. Mandatory Certifications (role/market dependent)
• Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
