The Doctors St Heliers is seeking a proactive Medical Centre Manager to lead the clinic’s day-to-day operations, shaping a high‑performing team culture and exceptional patient care in Auckland’s St Heliers community.

As the operational backbone, you will streamline workflows, optimise rostering, manage budgets and partner with clinicians and staff to drive continuous improvement and growth across the practice network.

Formación

• Experience managing operations in a primary care or busy clinical setting.
• Proven leadership with warmth, clear communication and people-first approach.
• Medtech experience is a major bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily clinic operations and ensure high standards of patient care.
• Foster a collaborative culture among clinicians, nurses and admin staff.
• Drive rostering, budgeting, and reporting to support sustainable growth.
• Partner with regional leadership to implement continuous improvement.
