The Doctors Medical Centres is New Zealand’s largest network of GPs and primary healthcare providers. This permanent part-time role offers 24–32 hours weekly across 3–4 days, with opportunities for professional development and discounts at partner providers.

You will support patient services, backend admin functions, and reception duties within a collaborative team. NZ residency or valid work permit is required.

This is a permanent part time position working between 24 - 32 hours per week across 3 - 4 days from Monday to Friday.

About The Role

Your responsibilities involve ensuring patient services meet standards, and creating a safe environment. You will be working with a team of administrators to ensure all backend administration functions are completed as well as patient facing reception and phone duties as required.

You will bring to the role:
