About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi

This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished professional leader to contribute their expertise within a complex and purpose-driven environment. You'll lead people, programmes, initiatives within a high-volume and fast-paced setting, balancing people care and competing priorities while delivering quality outcomes. Whether your expertise sits within Business Analysis, Change Management, Service Design, operational improvement, strategy, programme delivery or a related professional discipline, you'll work collaboratively across ACC to influence decision-making, lead meaningful change, and contribute to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between.

The appointing salary for this role is $117,787 - $152,430 based on experience.

ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance.
