Job summary

ABB is seeking a results-driven Sales professional to lead the Power Reliability sales and service portfolio in New Zealand. You will drive order growth, manage installed base, and collaborate with local teams to meet KPIs.

You will build strong customer relationships, provide technical and commercial solutions, and contribute to regional and global initiatives while upholding ABB's safety and integrity values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Service Sales, Sales Support, or Business Development within relevant power/automation sectors.
• Strong knowledge of customer needs and ability to translate them into compelling solutions that deliver business value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and commercial audiences.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Power Reliability portfolio sales in New Zealand.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities; drive installed base growth and KPIs.
• Support pricing discussions and technical solution development for customers.
• Participate in regular sales reviews, forecasting, and regional calls.
• Maintain accurate data for installed base and report on the service sales pipeline.
• Promote ABB's health, safety, and integrity culture across activities.
• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships to support long-term service growth.
