Qualifications

Significant experience leading large-scale Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 CE programmes.
Strong consulting background with exposure to enterprise clients.
Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to think strategically while delivering pragmatic outcomes.
Proven track record influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Define and own the end-to-end functional vision across major transformation programmes.
Lead discovery workshops and engage senior stakeholders.
Translate complex business challenges into scalable solution designs.
Provide direction through ambiguity and guide client decisions.
Mentor consultants and build capability within functional teams.
Collaborate with solution architects and delivery leaders to align outcomes.
Navigate stakeholder interests and drive transformation across functions.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout programme lifecycles.
