Job summary

Van Den Brink Poultry in Mt Wellington, Auckland, is seeking process workers to join our Poultry Processing Team for secondary and value-add processing of chicken products in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a dedicated team, with on-the-job training and full PPE provided, and you must be reliable, able to lift 12–20 kg, and work in cold temperatures (0–4°C).

Hours are 5am–1:30pm, Monday to Friday with a rolling weekday off; this is a fixed-term role until 24 December 2026;

Qualifications

• Able to read SOPs and communicate with the team.
• Capable of lifting 12–20 kg cartons and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Comfortable working in cold temperatures 0–4°C.
• Reliable, trustworthy and flexible to meet occasional needs.
• Good English reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Poultry Processing Team on secondary and value-add processing.
• Follow SOPs and health & safety practices.
• Be flexible to work a rare Saturday when needed.
