Job summary

ACC is a Wellington-based organisation delivering policy work that shapes the Accident Compensation Scheme and broader health and welfare policy. As a Policy Advisor, you will support the delivery of the policy programme with strong collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

You will develop robust policy advice, think strategically, and translate analysis into practical recommendations for decision-makers while enjoying a flexible and supportive work environment in a Crown entity.

Qualifications

• Policy advice background or experience thinking through difficult problems.
• Ability to turn analysis into advice and think creatively when communicating options.
• Must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the policy programme across the team.
• Help shape the future of the Accident Compensation Scheme and ACC’s role in health and welfare.
