Foleys is one of New Zealand’s leading plumbing, drainage, electrical and mechanical companies. We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team and deliver high-quality work across a range of commercial and residential projects.
As a Plumber, you’ll carry out quality plumbing installations, maintenance, repairs and upgrades across a variety of projects. You’ll work alongside an experienced team, support apprentices and junior team members, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with New Zealand regulations.
Complete plumbing installations, maintenance, repairs and upgrade work
Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications
Ensure all work meets NZ regulations and industry standards
Identify and resolve issues on site
Provide clear job updates to Project and Service Managers
Work collaboratively with apprentices and other trades
Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and team members
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism
Participate in an on-call roster, if required
NZ Registered Plumber – Tradesman or Certifying
Proven plumbing experience
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret plans
Reliable, safety-focused and physically fit
Good communication and people skills
Comfortable using digital job management systems
Full NZ driver’s licence
Valid NZ work rights
