As the Platform Manager, ITSM, you will provide strategic ownership of ACC's ServiceNow ITSM platform, ensuring it remains secure, stable, scalable and aligned with organisational priorities. Working closely with technology leaders, service management stakeholders and delivery teams, you will define platform strategy and roadmap priorities, oversee major upgrades and integrations, and ensure the platform delivers measurable business value. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide service management outcomes that support ACC’s mission of helping keep Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
The appointing salary for this role is $117,787 to $152,430 based on experience. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance.
