Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is seeking a proactive Systems Specialist to support and evolve enterprise collaboration and planning platforms. You’ll help teams plan, collaborate, and deliver work by configuring tools like Planview Portfolios, SharePoint Online, and Miro, with a focus on reporting, integrations, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business applications, SaaS platforms, or enterprise collaboration tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• A passion for problem-solving, continuous improvement, and delivering great user experiences.
• The ability to troubleshoot issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive solutions through to completion.
