Your main duties will focus on the technical support of junior setters, quality, optimising the process and safety of the shift which comprises of 4 - 6 production operators.

This is a hands-on position running modern electric machines where you will be required to complete tool changeovers and set up 3 axis robots in a pristine work space.
You will be an experiencedqualified plastic injection Technician/Diesetterwho is competent to troubleshoot equipment and process issues and can adjust machine parameters .
Maintaining a harmonious work environment, problem-solving, and getting to the root cause of production issues are key to the success of this position.
