Using technology, science, and smart people, we work in partnership with our farmers to provide the nutrients and agronomic solutions they need, together with innovative environmental products and services.

Through this, we are committed to Smarter farming for a better New Zealand, Ka pūkekotia a Rongomātāne, ka poho kererū a Aotearoa.

About the role

As a key member of our manufacturing team, you'll ensure the safe, effective operation of the manufacture plant to achieve planned production levels. About you:

Given the work environment and nature of the role, it’s essential you’re physically fit, mechanically minded and safety conscious. Ideally, you’ll be comfortable around running conveyor belts and machinery, but if not, we can provide the training to get you there if you have a positive, can-do attitude. To be successful in the role, you will ideally:

  • Be flexible in your ability to work alternating shift patterns, including nights and weekends
  • Have manufacturing or process plant experience
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Be physically fit
  • Be mechanically minded
  • Good communication skills
  • Have a reasonable level of computer literacy
  • Full driver’s license
  • Confined space (desirable)

For all that you’ll bring, you can expect plenty in return, including:

  • Competitive hourly rate and benefits (5% superannuation, individual medical, life and income protection insurances)
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Mobile plant licenses and endorsements
