Job summary

The Civil Aviation Authority is seeking an Advisor, Planning and Support to join our Aviation Safety Oversight Group in Wellington. You will coordinate planning activities, support effective resource allocation, and help prioritise work to achieve organisational objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on or implementing triage frameworks and workflow management systems.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and advise on resource allocation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including replies to complex enquiries.
• Track record of identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Demonstrated attention to detail in planning, documentation and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, triage and prioritisation activities across the Aviation Safety Oversight Group.
• Coordinate work programmes and assist with effective allocation of resources across the group.
• Undertake quality assurance checks of regulatory activities and documentation.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.
