• Takes pride in preparing quality food and providing excellent customer service


• Most importantly, respects the craft and takes pride in what they do


• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is a bonus, but not essential - we are happy to train the right person who is willing and eager to learn.


• Must be available to work weekends.
