Job summary

QSR Group Ltd in Auckland is seeking 3 team members to work in a Pizza Hut restaurant. You will take orders, prepare pizzas, keep the kitchen and dining area clean, and provide friendly customer service while following safety standards.

You must be reliable and punctual, with the ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, late nights, weekends and holidays. Previous hospitality or retail experience is preferred but not required; a driver’s licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, food service, retail or customer service preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s licence.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible hours.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking customer orders in person, over the phone, and online.
• Preparing pizzas, dough, sides and other menu items.
• Following food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Operating the cash register and handling payments.
• Packing orders accurately for customers and delivery drivers.
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service.
• Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen, dining area, and equipment.
• Restocking ingredients, packaging, and supplies.
• Working as part of a team during busy periods.
• Following Pizza Hut procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Handling customer questions or complaints professionally.
• Helping with opening and closing duties.
• Complete closing duties, including cleaning, dishwashing, restocking, and preparing the store for the next day.
• Able to work evening, late-night, weekend late night, and holiday shifts.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment during busy evening and late-night periods.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak and late-night hours.
