Habit Health in Kilbirnie, Wellington, is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist with concussion rehabilitation experience to join our multidisciplinary team. You will help clients recover from concussion and return to the activities that matter most, with additional work in the MSK space.

Qualifications

• Registered Physiotherapist with NZ APC and current practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concussion rehabilitation services within clinic and community settings.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop tailored rehabilitation plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Prepare high-quality reports and clinical documentation for ACC and other stakeholders.
• Manage your caseload effectively while providing exceptional client care.

About You

• Full New Zealand Driver Licence
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
