Habit Health in Kilbirnie, Wellington, is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to lead concussion rehabilitation as part of a multidisciplinary team, with involvement in MSK care.

You will assess clients, create tailored rehab plans, document for ACC, and manage your caseload with a focus on excellent patient outcomes. NZ APC registration and a full NZ driver licence are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Physiotherapist with NZ APC.
• Concussion rehabilitation experience essential.
• Minimum 2 years' physiotherapy experience.
• Good understanding of ACC-funded rehabilitation services.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Full New Zealand Driver Licence.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

We're looking for an experienced Physiotherapist with concussion rehabilitation experience to join our team in Kilbirnie, Wellington. • Build strong relationships with clients, referrers, and key stakeholders throughout the rehabilitation journey

About You

• Registered Physiotherapist with a current New Zealand APC
• Previous concussion rehabilitation experience is essential
• Minimum of 2 years' physiotherapy experience
• Strong understanding of ACC-funded rehabilitation services
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Full New Zealand Driver Licence
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
