Job summary

APM WorkCare in Blenheim is seeking a Physiotherapist to join a vibrant team delivering high-quality rehabilitation across home, workplace and community settings.

You will work within vocational and community rehab services, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support clients’ rehab goals and return-to-work plans. A proactive communicator with 2+ years' experience is ideal, with ongoing professional development encouraged.

Qualifications

• Qualified and registered physiotherapist with current practicing certificate.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in vocational and community rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication with clients, whanau and stakeholders.
• Strong clinical reasoning and adaptability across client needs.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

About the role

Vocational Rehabilitation (SAW & BTW)

• Confident delivering workplace assessments, graduated return-to-work plans and task analysis
• Knowledge of vocational services pathways

Community Rehab Services

• Provide rehabilitation and support to individuals within their community
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team to help clients achieve their rehab goals
• Knowledge of community services pathways

What you'll do

• Use your clinical expertise to support clients in homes, workplaces, and communities - no two days are the same
• Deliver care that aligns with our strong internal focus on excellence and outcomes

• Relevant qualifications, professional registration and a valid practicing certificate
