Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related life science discipline.
• Demonstrated experience (3+ years post-Ph.D. or 5+ years post-Master's) in pharmaceutical R&D, with a strong publication record or patent contributions.
• Expertise in relevant research areas such as small molecule synthesis, drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics (DMPK), formulation science, or early-stage drug discovery.
• Proficiency in a range of laboratory techniques and analytical instrumentation.
• Strong theoretical understanding of drug discovery and development processes.
• Excellent scientific reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex scientific information clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a research team environment.
• Experience with data analysis software and scientific databases.
