Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in process scale-up, optimization, and validation.
• Strong understanding of GMP, cleanroom environments, and sterile manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, scale-up, and optimize pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including sterile manufacturing and aseptic processing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process deviations and equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
• Develop and execute process validation protocols and reports in accordance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product yield and quality.
• Ensure all activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Production, and Maintenance, to support manufacturing operations.
