Te Kāreti o Mana is seeking an inspiring, collaborative, and forward-thinking educator for a permanent, full-time science teaching role. This position offers an immediate middle-leadership opportunity: stepping directly into the Learning Area Head (LAH) of Science role for the full 2027 school year to cover parental leave. • Strategic leadership and mentorship: Lead department operations in line with school strategic goals. Mentor staff and conduct classroom observations to strengthen pedagogy and classroom culture.

• Teaching and school life: Deliver student-centred science instruction (junior and senior levels) and actively participate in extra-curricular activities.

• Proven experience modeling positive teaching pedagogy in a collaborative environment.
