Job summary

Bettle and Associates in Hamilton, NZ is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, manage and optimise data-driven campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms. You’ll work closely with a dynamic team to deliver measurable marketing outcomes for regional, national, and global clients.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record delivering campaigns across multiple channels.
A strong knowledge of digital platforms and best practices across search, social and display.
A strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail.
Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Plan, setup, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other channels.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversions, CPM, CPA.
Conduct A/B testing to improve performance and ROI.
Deliver regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Implement and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4.
Collaborate with the wider team to refine strategy and effectiveness.
Stay up to date with platform updates and advertising technology trends.
