Qualifications

• Experience in a People & Capability, HR Advisor, or HR Coordinator role.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Excellent organisation and administrative skills.
• Proactive with continuous improvement mindset and initiative.
• Sound HR knowledge and good judgement in people matters.

Responsibilities

• Providing practical people advice and support to managers and employees.
• Supporting employment relations, performance, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Coordinating and administering key people programmes and initiatives.
• Maintaining people systems, records, reporting, and documentation.
• Preparing workforce insights and people reporting to support decision-making.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and the employee experience.
• Helping turn strategic ideas into practical, achievable actions.
• Supporting projects and initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and culture.
• Being a trusted thinking partner who isn't afraid to challenge, question, and contribute ideas.
