Mercury is hiring a People Insights Analyst to turn workforce data into actionable decisions. You’ll own analytics across the PX portfolio, build dashboards, and partner with people leaders to explain trends and take action.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in an analyst role (People Insights, Data, Business, Commercial or HR Analyst)
• Solid grounding in statistics or analytical techniques
• Confidence with SQL to extract, transform and analyse data from multiple sources
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or OBIEE
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
• Self-starter mindset with ownership of a portfolio of work
• Trustworthy handling of confidential people data
• HR or people-data experience is a bonus, not a must-have

Tā mātou arawātea | Our Opportunity: We're looking for a People Insights Analyst to join our People Experience (PX) team. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter with a stats or insights background who wants to turn workforce data into real, actionable decisions for the business. You'll own a portfolio of workforce analysis and reporting — helping our people leaders understand what's happening, why it matters, and what to do next. If you're curious, comfortable with numbers, and keen to keep building your skills (including an interest in areas like machine learning), we'd love to hear from you.
