Job summary

• Experience providing HR or people advisory support in NZ.
• Practical knowledge of employment relations and NZ employment law.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• Advise leaders on complex people conversations and outcomes.
• Manage Workday cases and processing tasks accurately.
